About Conflict Resolution and CommunicationI did my PhD (Southern Cross Uni, 2017) on something I'd been living long before I studied it: post-traumatic growth. Turns out creativity isn't just a nice way to cope with hard stuff — it is the same process as healing. That discovery became my framework, Spiral Up, and it's what I bring to everything I do now.
Day to day, I'm a copywriter for purpose-led brands and a creativity coach for people who feel stuck. I've spent 14+ years in creative agencies and academia (UK, US, Australia), written a poetry book, hosted a podcast called What Doesn't Kill Us, and I still can't stop yapping about creativity and trauma on other people's podcasts too.
My whole thing: your pain has something to say. My job is helping you find the words for it.
